Tinyme personalized products are custom made to order (that's right, we don't hold stock of products with names such as Tigerlilly or Apple).

For delivery within the United States, tinyme uses the trusty folks at the United States Postal Service in combination with Newgistics. If the package is too big to fit in your letterbox, and you are not at home when it is delivered, your Postman will leave a note stating that you should collect your package from your nearest Post Office. Larger parcels may be sent by courier. We will make your order according to your specifications and deliver it to your door, typically within 12 working days.

Postage and handling is charged based on the value of your order. So it’s easy for you to estimate.

Order value up to $19.95 = $2.95 postage and handling.

Order value between $20 and $59.95 = $5.95 postage and handling.

Order value of $60 or more = $7.95 postage and handling.

Once you have placed your order and your order has been despatched, you will receive a despatch email from us. This despatch email will contain your order number. The order number is also your tracking number. To track your order Click Here

At present we don’t offer an Express Delivery option for your tinyme order.

Yes, we deliver to PO Boxes anywhere in the United States.

We currently don’t offer international delivery from tinyme.com. If you love our products, you can find similar products at tinyme.com.au, with delivery to most parts of the globe.
