STEP 1 – Print out your Geo Circus Party Hats. There is one hat per page, so print as many hats you would like!
STEP 2 – Simply cut out around the edge of each party hat using scissors
STEP 3 – Make sure you cut carefully around the corners
STEP 4 – Gently fold along the dotted line
STEP 5 – Roll into a cone shape and stick the folded flap underneath using sticky tape or glue
STEP 6 – Attach a pom pom to the top and ta-da!
