Tinyme Fundraising Program Terms & Conditions
1. Eligibility
The Tinyme Fundraising Program is available to approved schools, educational organizations, childcare providers, community groups, clubs, associations and other eligible organizations.
You confirm that you are authorised to register and act on behalf of your organization.
2. Fundraising Commission
Approved organizations will receive commission on eligible purchases made through their unique Tinyme fundraising link.
Commission is calculated on eligible product purchases only and excludes shipping charges, taxes, duties and any other non-product fees.
All products across the Tinyme range can earn commission, with the exclusion of gift cards. Product availability may vary between countries and websites.
Tinyme reserves the right to withhold commission on:
- cancelled or refunded orders
- fraudulent transactions
- orders not correctly attributed to your fundraising account
- purchases excluded from fundraising promotions or special offers
- Only orders correctly tracked through your organization’s unique fundraising link are eligible for fundraising commission.
3. Payment Schedule
Organizations will be paid on a 6-monthly cycle for eligible funds raised before each payment cutoff.
Payments are processed for funds accrued:
- up to 31 March
- and again up to 30 September each year
There is no minimum commission amount required for payout.
4. Bank Account Details
Your organization is responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date bank account details for payment.
Tinyme is not responsible for delays caused by missing or incorrect banking information.
If banking details are not provided, are incorrect, or payment cannot be completed, Tinyme may attempt to contact your organization using the details supplied during registration.
If Tinyme is unable to successfully contact your organization or complete payment within 3 years of the original payment period, any unpaid fundraising balance may be forfeited.
5. Fundraising Materials
Tinyme may provide free co-branded fundraising materials including landing pages, social media assets, printable flyers, posters, newsletter content and other promotional materials to support your fundraiser.
These materials remain the property of Tinyme and may only be used in connection with your approved Tinyme fundraiser.
6. Use of Tinyme Branding
Your organization may not modify, misuse or distribute Tinyme branding, logos or intellectual property outside the approved fundraising program without prior written permission.
7. Customer Orders
Tinyme manages all product ordering, payment processing, production, shipping and customer service directly with customers.
Tinyme reserves the right to:
- refuse or cancel orders
- modify product ranges or pricing
- change or discontinue promotions
- correct pricing or website errors.
8. Program Changes
Tinyme may update these Terms & Conditions, commission structures or fundraising processes from time to time. Reasonable notice will be provided where practical.
9. Program Termination
Tinyme or the participating organization may end participation in the fundraising program at any time.
Any eligible unpaid commission accrued prior to termination will be paid according to the standard payment cycle, provided valid banking details have been supplied.
10. Privacy
By participating in the Tinyme Fundraising Program, you agree to Tinyme’s Privacy Policy and Website Terms & Conditions.
11. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Tinyme’s liability is limited to the replacement, resupply or refund of affected products or services.
12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
